Job Description
Recruit biblically qualified missionary candidates, develop strategies to broaden awareness of OMS, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in local church leadership as a staff member or volunteer
- Highly relational
- Winsome interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of God's plan for the nations
- Ability to communicate clearly and with empathy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work alone and cooperatively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel 20-25%
- Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft 365
