Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service and Warranty Support agent for our client based in Park West, Ireland. The role offers a salary of up to 32,500 with opportunities to train and develop within a large motor distributor group.
Requirements
- Handle customer queries received from multiple channels
- Understand and respond to customer needs, exceeding customers expectations at all times
- Review warranty claims and payments with clients
- Present and maintain customer service & warranty reports
- Deal with customer and warranty related queries from our B2B customers
- Operate as part of a dynamic and continuously evolving team working to meet set standards
- Display personal ownership in handling customer enquiries
