Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst role supporting application modernization initiatives by planning, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements. Work with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure accurate translation of existing system functionality into scalable.NET-based solutions.

Requirements

• Lead and execute business and technical analysis activities
• Analyze existing legacy systems, workflows, and SQL-based databases
• Gather, document, and manage business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and database teams
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
• Support project planning activities and communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders
• Review and document business processes and identify opportunities for operational and technology improvements
