Executive Producer (Contract)

We're building a top-tier, editorially fearless show with the production quality of the leading podcasts in 2025; rich narrative arcs, cinematic audio, rigorous research and interviews that uncover truth rather than repeat talking points.

Requirements

• Previous experience producing top podcast content
• 5+ years in operations, project management, or production coordination
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
• A track record of implementing systems that scale
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or creative teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
