Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise Security)

The Senior Business Analyst (Cyber Security) role plays a key role in enabling Enterprise Security initiative delivery, combining business analysis leadership with cyber security advisory capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is an asset
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an asset
• A cybersecurity certification, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent is an asset
• Data Management experience and database knowledge, PowerBI, using SQL (e.g. Oracle, Snowflake) is an asset
• Process Improvement Methodology such as Lean or Six Sigma accreditation is an asset
• Minimum 10 years experience in business analysis execution, preferably in a financial institution environment
• Minimum 5 years experience leading complex end to end initiatives in senior business analyst capacity
• Experience with and understanding of leading practices in business analysis, project management and process improvement
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications
• Cyber security or information security experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset
• Agility in adapting to new challenges, tools, and methodologies
• Past experience with cloud migration is highly valued
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate and complete tasks to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative and ownership
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management and staff
• Resourcefulness, creativity and sound judgment
