Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Tax Manager I to lead tax engagements, supervise staff, and manage client relationships.
Requirements
- Supervise and manage routine tax engagements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and mentor Tax Associates and Tax Seniors, providing feedback and evaluations to support their growth.
- Cultivate new client relationships and identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
- Manage a book of business, maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
