Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Advisor/Customer Relationship Advisor to join our Everyday Finance Team in Kuhmo, Finland. The position is a permanent full-time job. As a Customer Advisor/Customer Relationship Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in various financial services, including cash handling, customer service, and sales.

What You Will Do

Provide excellent customer service, work closely with customers to understand their needs, maintain accurate records of customer transactions, and ensure customer accounts are up-to-date.
