Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer, HealthTech

We are looking for a passionate Senior / Lead Software Engineer to join our growing HealthTech team to build and scale technology solutions that address significant challenges in Singapore's healthcare landscape.

Requirements

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality, secure software across the tech stack and write production-ready code.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-centric solutions for the healthtech sector.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement technical solutions ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our healthtech products.
• Champion best practices in software development (including testing, code reviews, CI/CD) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on features based on user feedback and product goals.
• Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making within the team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members (for Seniors).
