Senior Java Fullstack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join our team at OPEN, a specialized ESN in Nantes, France. The role involves analyzing client needs, proposing technical solutions, and leading development projects.

What You Will Do

Analyze client needs, propose technical solutions, define project architecture, lead and participate in development, ensure quality and performance of deliverables, set up and maintain technical environments and CI/CD, and accompany and upskill project teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Java development, Springboot, and software craftsmanship
• Experience in leading a team and sharing best practices
• Knowledge of agility and interest in AI
• Technical skills in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GCP/AWS/Azure, and Docker is a plus
