Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our team at AspenTech. This is a HYBRID opportunity with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing revenue recognition processes, performing monthly reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant work experience
- CPA/MBA/public accounting experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI Query and Snowflake is a plus
- Experience with accounting systems Oracle or Zuora (RevPro) is a plus
