Sr Director Product Management

AspenTech is seeking a Sr Director Product Management to lead the product strategy for the Enterprise Operations Platform (EOP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, AI, and industrial automation, and be able to champion the use of AI, semantic modeling, and data contextualization to unlock the full value of OT data. The role will involve developing and executing a product strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and driving innovation initiatives focused on transforming raw industrial data into contextualized, actionable insights.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in product management with a focus on data platforms, AI, or industrial software.
• Deep understanding of OT-data domains, industrial automation systems, and data contextualization challenges.
• Experience with semantic technologies and knowledge graph architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques for time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale intelligent data products.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a track record of delivering measurable impact.
• 10+ years of progressive product-centric technology leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferred, MBA a plus.
• Proven track record in product management leadership.
• Strong technology background with the ability to engage in technical conversations with customers and development teams.
• Experience in Enterprise OT-data management domains.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• High integrity, entrepreneurial mindset, and a growth-oriented approach.
• Strategic thinker with critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in managing and scaling teams.
