Job Description
The Growth team drives user and revenue growth across ChatGPT's consumer and business segments worldwide. This team focuses on creating seamless journeys to acquire, retain, and re-engage users, leveraging performance marketing, AI, and in-product optimization. The role is based in San Francisco and offers a hybrid work model with relocation assistance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth product management, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven ability to launch, scale, and optimize paid channels at significant budgets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with measurement tools.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools, creative ops engineering, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with engineering concepts and ability to work with technical teams.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
