Customer Success Manager

At OpenPayd, we are building a universal financial infrastructure to power the growth of the digital economy. Our platform delivers a suite of banking and payments infrastructure, and we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management role
• Solid background in payments or fintech
• Understanding of international payment systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, helpdesk systems, and other customer-facing platforms
