Job Description
OpenPayd is a global financial infrastructure company building a universal financial infrastructure to empower business operations in the digital economy. They offer a suite of banking and payments infrastructure, globally accessible via an API, and are trusted by over 800 enterprises. They are seeking a Legal Counsel, Regulatory to provide advice and support to businesses impacted by regulations and compliance.
Requirements
- UK qualified solicitor
- 2-6 years post-qualification experience
- Technical knowledge of UK and EEA payment services and e-money regulations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to safeguarding, outsourcing, operational resilience, wind-down planning
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and organisational skills
