Licensed Vocational Nurse - Home Health (San Francisco)

OPO Health is a community-driven provider of Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty Home Care services. We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team, who will provide direct patient care and implement plans of care initiated by registered nurses. The LVN will work with patients and families to provide education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program
• Active licensed vocational nurse in the state of CA
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• At least one (1+) year of relevant nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
