Occupational Therapist - Home Health (Vacaville)
Must be an actively licensed OT in CA. Valid CA driver's license & insurance required. 1+ year of relevant experience is preferred. CPR certification is a must
Certified Home Health Aide (Mill Valley)
Must meet required training/competency programs, registry registration, and age requirements. Strong ability to follow instructions and document care is desired
