Requirements

• Active and unencumbered California Physical Therapy (PT) license
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Minimum of one (1+) year of relevant experience
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one (1+) year of relevant experience in patient care
• Current CPR certification
