Requirements

• Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with the physician’s written plan of care.
• Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status.
• Administer and direct physical therapy treatments.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers.
• Prepare and submit clinical documentation.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes.
• Communicate effectively with the physician.
