Requirements

• Graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Social Work
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker
• Minimum of one year experience in health care
• Experience in Home Health care
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license in good working order
• Good verbal and written communication skills
