Home Health Occupational Therapist

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, teaching new skills, retraining lost abilities, and creating innovative solutions to enable them to regain independence in their daily activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance
• Willingness to travel daily for home visits within service area
