Regulatory Legal Counsel

Join Optiver's Global Legal function as Regulatory Counsel, advising on prudential and conduct-related regulatory matters affecting the Optiver Group. Work closely with colleagues across Europe, APAC, and the US to provide clear and practical advice.

Requirements

• Dutch law degree
• 4 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Experience advising on prudential regulatory and conduct regulatory issues
• Strong knowledge of European financial services regulation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Dutch language capability is strongly preferred
