Role Overview

The Construction Site Supervisor will facilitate and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations while upholding high standards of quality and productivity. Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration.
• Proven ability to adapt to changes, communicate effectively, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, basic construction scheduling tools, and weekly paperwork submissions to the office.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and related materials.
• Capable of developing scope, preparing take-offs, and placing timely orders for material delivery.
• Skilled in carpentry and layout.
