DataBase Principal Systems Analyst - Support

The Database Principal Systems Analyst - Support position at Oracle requires expertise in Oracle 11g, 12c, and 19c architectures, database setup and configuration, backup and recovery, and high availability. The successful candidate will provide support and solutions to Oracle clients worldwide, working closely with international teams. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and working on special projects to improve support efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8 years of experience with Oracle products, applications, and tools
• Expertise in Oracle 11g, 12c, and 19c architectures
• Experience with database setup and configuration
• Experience with backup and recovery
• Experience with high availability using Oracle Data Guard
• Experience with ASM and RAC
• Experience with RMAN and Data Pump
• Experience with Exadata and Golden Gate
• Experience with patch management
• Experience with migration and updates
• Practical knowledge of OEM, SQLPlus, and SQLDeveloper
• Knowledge of shell scripting and automation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
