Imagine the usage data records collected by your local electricity utility. Let’s increase the complexity to collect such usage records for 100 different resource types across 1000s of customers, millions of resource instances with greatest accuracy and lowest possible delay. We are building a big data pipeline to aggregate resource usage for billing our customers.

Requirements

• Distributed cloud engineering experience
• PaaS engineering experience
• Service-oriented architectures and web services security solutions experience
• Java, Python, and scripting languages experience
• Spark ecosystem components experience
• Scalable cloud-native architectures and performance optimization techniques experience
• Experience working with other cloud platform teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
