Plant Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager Extrusion (m/w/d) for the location Westeregeln. The job involves leadership and organization of the extrusion department, production control, process optimization, technical monitoring, and investment projects.

Requirements

• Completed studies in process engineering or a comparable field of study
• At least three years of experience as a production, plant or operations manager, ideally in the plastics processing industry
• Documented successes in KPI management as well as in HSE management
• Experience with Lean Management and Six Sigma an asset
• Successful change management in an international production environment
• Secure English in speech and writing
