Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, recruiting, or people operations
- Proven success managing high-volume recruitment (20+ hires annually) across diverse functions and role levels
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital collaboration tools
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
