About

Oregon Supported Living Program (OSLP) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a suite of inclusive services. Its core offerings include a 24‑hour residential program in group homes across Eugene and Springfield, a Supported Living initiative that enables residents to live in community‑chosen homes, and a Community Inclusion and Employment Program that connects participants to meaningful work. In addition, OSLP has launched one of the nation’s first inclusive community arts programs, the Arts & Culture Program, which invites the broader community to participate. By combining housing, support, employment, and creative engagement, OSLP delivers a holistic, person‑centered approach that distinguishes it as a leader in disability services.
