Oregon Supported Living Program is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It offers a 24‑hour residential program in group homes across Eugene and Springfield, a Supported Living program that places residents in homes of their choice, and a Community Inclusion and Employment initiative that connects participants with meaningful work and community life. The organization’s newest offering, the OSLP Arts & Culture Program, is one of the nation’s first inclusive community arts programs and welcomes the entire community to participate. Together, these services provide comprehensive support, fostering independence, inclusion, and creative expression for individuals with disabilities.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 0-5 years of experience, and ability to read English and write it legibly. It involves working shifts as needed, carrying and responding to a site pager, and assuming duties of site manager in their absence
