Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SHES Specialist to join our dedicated team in Aljustrel, Portugal. As a SHES Specialist, you will support the implementation and execution of SHES programs and processes across our operations, monitor compliance with Portuguese legislation, and conduct incident investigations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Practical experience in SHES management, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry.
- Qualification as an Occupational Health Technician (Técnico Superior de Segurança no Trabalho), in accordance with Portuguese legislation.
- Experience working under Seveso regulations, including knowledge of major accident prevention, emergency planning, and safety management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese safety and environmental regulations.
- Experience in risk management and security systems.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
