Team Leader - Underground

Lead underground blasting operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of bulk explosives. Collaborate with clients to achieve production targets and meet operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in underground mining operations
• Proven ability to lead teams in high-risk, safety-critical environments
• Strong understanding of blasting techniques and safe handling of explosives
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across diverse teams
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Working knowledge of Indian mining regulations and safety standards is highly desirable
