Private Equity Summer Analyst (2027)

We are seeking a highly driven and organized critical thinker to join our investing team for the summer of 2027. The Private Equity Summer Analyst will have responsibilities that span the entire deal transaction process, including financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation, and investment committee presentations.

Requirements

• Expected to graduate from a 4-year undergraduate program in Spring 2028 (or Winter 2027)
• Strong interest in private equity, M&A, business, and finance with an analytical mindset and quantitative experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.7
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive leader with the ability to multi-task and work under limited supervision
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
• Sound strategic and critical thinking skills
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and high integrity
