Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time Interactive Agent to serve our members by performing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and balance, and providing information through the use of an Interactive Teller Machine. The successful candidate will be responsible for running transactions for multiple branches that support the Interactive Teller Machine platform.
Requirements
- Six months or more of cash handling and/or customer service experience
- Six months or more of Teller experience
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Mathematical ability to perform very basic math skills
- Ability to project a professional video presence
- Ability to multitask
