Job Description
OrthoCincy is seeking a patient care representative to provide excellent patient support. The role involves scheduling appointments, handling inquiries from various parties, and maintaining accurate scheduling records. This is an on-site position with potential for remote work.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum one year experience in a medical practice (preferred)
- Knowledge of OrthoCincy's mission, vision, and values.
- Knowledge of medical practice protocols related to scheduling appointments.
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
