Job Description
This role is focused on directing the day-to-day operations of various healthcare departments (coding, medical billing, workers compensation, medical records, and disability) to maximize cash flow and improve patient care. The Director of Revenue Cycle will collaborate with various teams to optimize performance, decrease turnaround times, and streamline workflows, and ensure accurate month-end closing and compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of billing practices and a commitment to quality customer service.
