Human Resources Specialist

Human Resources Specialist needed to develop, maintain, and execute HR strategies, with expertise in Dutch labour law. Must have 2-4 years of HR experience and knowledge of HR software and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to various HR functions
• Relevant knowledge of Dutch labour law and employment regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in HR software and systems for data management and reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
