Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2β4 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to various HR functions
- Relevant knowledge of Dutch labour law and employment regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in HR software and systems for data management and reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
