Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, dedicated to hiring for sales & business development roles in non-tech industries
- Global recruiting experience and fluency in English
- Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to effectively evaluate candidates' sales capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of CV sourcing beyond LinkedIn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- High attention to detail and confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and an autonomous work approach
