Orbite is looking for a sales-focused insurance agent to join our team as Damage Insurance Agent for Individuals - Sales. As a member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include providing quotes, setting up new individual insurance contracts, participating in solicitation, representation, and promotional campaigns, and providing a fast and quality service to our clients by offering added-value products.

Requirements

• AMF permit
• At least two (2) years of experience in automobile insurance and personal property insurance
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills, both over the phone and in person
• Good listening skills to identify the client's needs and offer our specialized products
• Good risk selection skills
• Mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Sense of organization and priority management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
