Lead HVAC Technician – Commercial Retrofit & Maintenance

OTT Landmark Development is seeking a licensed HVAC Technician to lead the technical execution of a comprehensive mechanical and HVAC retrofit project in North York. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing retrofit, installation, and commissioning of HVAC and ventilation systems, as well as maintaining maintenance records and supporting BAS monitoring and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic license
• Valid TSSA Gas Technician G2 or G1
• ODP Certification (Ozone Depletion Prevention) required for refrigerant handling
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial or industrial HVAC retrofit, installation, or service
• Diploma or Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical field an asset
