Bakery Manager - FT (Langley)

Otter Co-op is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery department at their Retail Centre in Langley, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the department, improving guest service, and achieving financial results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years retail experience
• Minimum 2-3 years experience managing/supervising others
• Previous retail management or bakery experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ability to manage computer files efficiently
• Effective interpersonal, leadership, and communications skills
• Motivation and ability to work in a busy environment
• Effective planning, organization, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain relationships outside of the organization that support the organization
