Job Description
The Project Engineer will lead technical and engineering aspects for developing and bringing through construction new and existing generation facilities. They will review and help design new generation facilities, strategize and recommend generation projects, and maximize project efficiency while balancing operational, maintenance and engineering requirements.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in modern power systems
- Ability to manage both detailed engineering tasks and big-picture project goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Quick learning and application of accounting and purchasing practices
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil/structural systems used in power generation
- Experience with substation operation, design, maintenance, and broader electrical grid infrastructure (strongly preferred)
