Executive Director

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a passionate and proven leader to serve as the Executive Director of their 120-acre elder care community in Franklin, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care administration and a commitment to serving older adults.

Requirements

• Develop, present and administer the community's annual business, operating and capital budget plans.
• Oversee and competently staff the functional areas of the operation in order to ensure the delivery of services to our residents.
• Select, supervise, coach, develop and retains a high caliber of staff.
• Develop and nurture a strong working relationship with the campus local board of directors.
• Build effective relationships in the communities served that result in a highly positive reputation of the ministry, its people and the services provided.
