Job Description
Outlook Amusements is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the execution and evolution of its digital marketplace platform. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of product management experience and a proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of product management experience
- Experience building or scaling a consumer marketplace or two-sided platform
- Experience with subscription, usage-based, or transactional revenue models
- Proven success optimizing web and/or mobile customer journeys
- Exposure to AI-driven personalization, recommendations, or automation
- Strong partnership experience with Engineering leadership
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to ship products that drive measurable revenue impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
