Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2C creative leadership within high-scale businesses
- Proven experience building campaigns from concept to execution for mass audiences
- Experience producing campaigns for TV and radio in the U.S. market
- High-level English (native or near-native professional fluency)
- Hands-on experience with modern AI creative tools and workflows
- Experience building scalable creative systems for social media performance marketing
- Experience creating for websites, apps, and CRM/lifecycle campaigns
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven creative
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Strong communication and people skills
