Job Description
Outlook Amusements is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead its Data & Analytics function within a global B2C product organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and analytical background, a passion for fostering a data-driven culture, and experience in building scalable data infrastructure, digital marketing analytics, and cross-functional communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in online B2C service companies (e.g., Gaming, Dating, Gambling, or other consumption-based platforms)
- Proven experience in building technical data teams and developing a scalable data infrastructure
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, including key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Conversion Rate, Churn Rate, Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Hands-on expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, AI/ML implementation, and the creation of attribution models, with proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
