Job Description
Outreach is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and drive the multi-year strategy and roadmap for critical shared platform capabilities on the Core Platform team. This is a deeply technical product role that requires partnering with engineering leaders, UX designers, marketing, and multiple product lines to make architectural choices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years owning developer-facing, infrastructure, or platform products
- Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, API design, and scaling patterns
- Prior experience shipping and scaling high-throughput SaaS platforms serving enterprise customers
- Demonstrated success defining product strategy for shared platform capabilities
