Senior Field Application Engineer

Outsight is a fast-growing leader in 3D Edge AI software, and as a Senior Field Application Engineer, you will be the primary technical contact for deploying our solutions in public spaces and smart infrastructures. You will lead product installations, manage customer feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will generate new sales opportunities, collaborate with other teams, and provide valuable input on product features and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Master's in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating a history of effective project management and customer engagement.
• Clear communicator, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Strong IT & network knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel.
