Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the full accounting cycle for multi-entity U.S.-based operations.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports
- Handle payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements using Gusto or similar tools
- Reconcile data between POS or ERP systems and accounting platforms
- Support audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accounting accuracy and efficiency
- Provide financial insights and administrative support to leadership
