Data Entry Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analysts to support our data management efforts. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in our proprietary Thrive CRM and will directly contribute to the success of our executive search operations.

What You Will Do

Input daily lists of names into the Thrive CRM system, update and complete data fields, conduct research to validate and enhance data accuracy, and perform regular reviews of data entries to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a similar role
• Proficiency in data research tools such as Rocketreach, Pitchbook, and LinkedIn
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams
