Job Description
This position offers technical support to customers, field technicians, and employees diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing garage door access systems. The role involves investigating customer issues, providing solutions, analyzing complex problems, and assisting with installations and training. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance issues to support teams.
Requirements
