Job Description
This is an OAR I role for a Construction Project Manager within the Los Angeles Unified School District. The role involves managing all phases of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out phases of assigned projects, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, budget management, schedule monitoring, and worker coordination. It focuses on ensuring projects meet district standards and adhering to professional practices.
Requirements
- Ten (10) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction
- Three (3) years of full-time paid professional experience in Construction and/or a combination of Project and Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction
- Project value > $10M
- Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
