Corporate Paralegal

Role Overview

The Corporate Paralegal supports a broad range of legal and corporate functions, including corporate governance, SEC reporting, treasury, tax, business operations, and corporate development. This role serves as a flexible, solutions-oriented partner to attorneys and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic transactions, coordinate diligence materials and manage data rooms, assist with closing processes, and track post-closing obligations and integration follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal studies degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with exposure to corporate governance, securities reporting, and/or transactional work
